Being and Investments Public Active Value is a Fund which is managed by Emilio Dauvin, in his capacity as employee at Finserve Nordic AB (the fund management company, which stands under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). Emilio Dauvin has the sole veto power over investment decisions.
The Fund is advised by Being and Investments Management AB. The latter is also the initiator of the Fund. Advisory work includes company and market analysis.
The Fund is a so called Specialfond, according to the law 2013:10 regarding alternative investment fund managers.
