Our values
Our aim is to create an environment where an independent point of view of the truth is derived, through independent thinking, in a collaborative manner, and subsequently implemented in collaboration with other stakeholders. Our core values are Honesty, Humility, Thoughtfulness, Engagement, Boldness and Grit. We believe our values are essential to reach our vision.
Our stakeholders
The Fund's clients, companies, employees, and broader society. All four are important, and we strive to create an environment where we are all aligned and share in the benefit of each other's success. Together we create: stronger companies; value to clients; competent employees; while being cognisant and aware of ESG issues. We value all our stake-holders and seek to create alignment and win-win situations.
